Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026.

The basics

tvery is operated by Keymash LLC. By using tvery, you agree to these terms. The service is provided as-is, free of charge, with no warranties. We may change the service or these terms at any time.

Eligibility

You must be 16 or older to use tvery. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 16, we'll remove the account and its data.

Your account

You're responsible for the activity on your account. Don't share your login. You can delete your account at any time from your profile page — see the Privacy Policy for what gets removed.

You can sign in with email/password, Sign in with Apple, or Sign in with Google. If you use Apple or Google, your relationship with that provider is governed by their terms. Tvery still controls how your tvery data is handled — see the Privacy Policy.

Your content & sharing

When you create lists, playlists, display names, or invitations on tvery, you grant Keymash LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and share that content as needed to operate the service — including showing a shared list's name and titles to people you've invited, or showing your playlist to its followers. You retain ownership of your contributions and can remove them at any time by deleting the list, playlist, or your account.

Playlists are public by design — anyone with the link can view and follow them, and your display name will be visible as the curator.

Invitations

When you invite someone to a shared list, you represent that you have permission to share that email address with us. We use it only to deliver the invitation. If the invitation is never accepted, we periodically purge the pending record.

Acceptable use

Don't use tvery to harass other users, abuse the service (e.g. scraping, automated traffic, attacks), share illegal content, or impersonate someone else.

Content

Movie and TV metadata, posters, and backdrops are provided by The Movie Database (TMDB). tvery is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. The text and design of the tvery interface itself is ours.

Termination

We may suspend or remove an account that violates these terms. When an account is removed, the user's profile, swipes, ratings, and personal lists are deleted. Public playlists they curated may be removed or archived at our discretion. Co-members of any shared lists they owned will lose access when those lists are deleted. You can also end your relationship with tvery at any time by deleting your account from the profile page.

Liability

tvery is provided without warranty. Keymash LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. If your local law doesn't allow that limitation, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or the service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Missouri.

Other

If any part of these terms is held to be unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. You may not transfer your account or your rights under these terms to anyone else. Keymash LLC may assign these terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of tvery after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
